By accessing or using WanderGuide (the “Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Copying, framing, or mirroring substantial portions of the Service.

Privacy & cookies

Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy. We use Google Analytics with Consent Mode v2. Non-essential analytics cookies are set only if you consent in the banner. You can change your choice at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer.

Intellectual property

All content on WanderGuide, including text, graphics, logos, and design, is owned by us or our licensors and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. All trademarks, service marks, and logos are the property of their respective owners.

Embedded videos remain the property of their creators and platforms. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of third-party content to you.

Third-party services & content

The Service embeds third-party video content and relies on third-party analytics (Google Analytics, as described in the Privacy Policy). We do not control or endorse these services and are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Your use of third-party content or services is at your own risk.

Videos embedded on the Service are sourced from publicly available content. They are never downloaded, re-hosted, or altered, and embedding does not transfer ownership of that content to us or to users. If you are a content owner and want a video removed, contact us at support@wanderguide.co and we will review the request promptly.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not guarantee that information on the Service will be complete, current, or suited to your specific travel needs.

Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, OR USE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED LKR 50,000.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.
